Bug 1516669 - Check init value of clearkey WMF decoder for failure. r=cpearce We weren't checking this value and it was causing compiler warnings. Instead this change means we check the value and log an error if init has failed. Differential Revision: https://phabricator.services.mozilla.com/D15519

 * An implementation of Rooted for OwningNonNull<T>. This works by assuming
 * that T has a Trace() method defined on it which will trace whatever things
 * inside the T instance need tracing.
 *
 * This implementation has one serious drawback: operator= doesn't work right
 * because it's declared on Rooted directly and expects the type Rooted is
 * templated over.
