Bug 1471004 - ignore partner_subset if it's an empty list. r=tomprince a=release The relpro action requires a list for partner_subset and defaults to `[]`. In `get_partner_config_by_url` we check to see `if partner_subset`, ignoring the subset if it's an empty list. We either need to do the same thing in `get_partner_config_by_kind`, or we need to allow for a `null` value in the action (or populate an empty `partner_subset` with the partners from the partner config in the action) Differential Revision: https://phabricator.services.mozilla.com/D33861

Bug 1567011: [update-verify] Use version number to determine branch, rather than product-details category; r=mhentges, rail a=tomprince For esr versions, the category switches from "esr" to "stability" when the next esr branch is started. This breaks the logic for determining which repository a release was made from. Since we also have code for determining the type of release from the version number, we can just use that directly instead. (Note that the logic will not work for Fennec as all releases have transitioned to mozilla-esr68, but Fennec does not use update-verify. bug 1549249 - hard-code new add-on signing intermediate so it's always available r=jcj, kmag a=tomprince Our previous approach to making this intermediate available relied on being able to add it to the user's NSS cert DB. This does work in the majority of cases, but there are some situations where it doesn't work (e.g. if the user's DB is set to read only, if they've configured Firefox to run in "nocertdb" mode, if they have a master password but forgot it, and so on). This patch compiles the intermediate in to Firefox in the same way we incorporate the root, so it should always be available. At the same time, this patch reverts the changes from 537700ea54aaceda64e1e5395085e536e1c9d3e3 (the patch that implemented the original approach) because it should no longer be necessary. Bug 1492664 - set TASKCLUSTER_ROOT_URL and TASKCLUSTER_PROXY_URL; r=tomprince, glandium Eventually, workers will provide these variables directly (https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1460015). But for now, this ensures that TASKCLUSTER_ROOT_URL is set everywhere in production, and TASKCLUSTER_PROXY_URL is set wherever the proxy is active. The taskgraph Taskcluster utils module gets a `get_root_url()` that gets the root URL for the current run, either from an environment variable in production or, on the command line, defaulting to https://taskcluster.net for user convenience. When the production instance's URL changes, we can simply change that default. Other changes to use this function are reserved for later commits. This changes the docker build process propagate TASKCLUSTER_ROOT_URL into the docker images where necessary (using %ARG), specifically to create URLs for debian repo paths.

Bug 1508316: [mingw-clang] Patch mingw clang to support non-standard math definitions in C++ r=froydnj a=tomprince This patch for mingw is being reviewed by upstream; when incorportated we will bump MinGW and remove the manual patch. It is needed to ensure that M_PI, _finite, and other math-related functions that are not Strict ANSI are still defined by MinGW. In -central; we use std=gnu++14; but on esr60 we pass std=c++ which enables strict ansi mode in MinGW. This patch is less invasive than changing the std flag we pass (since it affects only the MinGW build and not all builds.)
