Bug 1705360 - "hide" NSS DBs from meddling third party software r=jschanck,bbeurdouche,perftest-reviewers,sparky Some crash reports appear to be indicating that initializing NSS' certificate and key databases is taking on the order of minutes in some cases, which is unexpected. One hypothesis is that third-party software is opening these DBs at the same time that NSS is operating on them, causing contention and thus slowness. This patch experimentally (in Nightly only) renames these DBs in the hopes that third-party software might not recognize them as the DBs it's looking for, and will thus leave them alone. Bug 1145323 - Audit callers of ReflowOutput constructor in nsFlexContainerFrame. r=dholbert ReflowOutput can accept any writing mode or ReflowInput passed to its constructor, so a caller can pass a writing mode that is more convenient to retrieve the size. After reflowing flex items, we want to cache its metrics in flex item's writing mode, so we pass item's ReflowInput into ReflowOutput. However, for out-of-flow children, we can change ReflowOutput to use flex container's writing mode by convention. Differential Revision: https://phabricator.services.mozilla.com/D127913

Bug 1730254: Use 'trunc' instead of 'floor' to resolve percentage CSS length values. r=emilio trunc() is the same as floor() for positive values -- both round towards zero. So this won't change behavior in that part of the number-line. For negative values (e.g. negative CSS margins), floor() rounds away from zero (in the direction of more-massive negative numbers), whereas trunc() will round towards zero. The trunc() behavior feels more consistent and symmetric, and it happens to be what WPT test minmax-length-percent-computed.html requires in order to pass, due to an extremely-small amount of floating point imprecision that we get when we resolve 15% against 400px. You can see this imprecision in command-line gdb: (gdb) p (float).15*400*60 $1 = 3600.00024 For positive 15%, floor() strips away this fractional imprecision and we end up with the intended result of 3600 = 60px; but for negative 15%, floor() promotes the fractional part to produce an extra app unit of magnitude (i.e. we get -3601 = -60.0167px). trunc() discards it and gives us -3600 = -60px, which is symmetric with the behavior for positive values and matches what we'd expect.
