Bug 1474859 - Enable Multidex for all builds; r=nalexander Multidex will now be enabled for all builds, not just for the _local_ ones. Also added the 'ads-identifier' library needed for the builds with the MOZ_INSTALL_TRACKING flag case in which the dex limit would be reached. MozReview-Commit-ID: FRTXBD9Kc6T

Bug 1460355 - Fix: Change how the packages are sent to the sdkmanager to install, avoid missing argument. r=nalexander The argument --package_file was removed in the latest sdkmanager by Google's Android. But the docs for it say packages can also be sent by putting them in quotes and calling the sdk manager with them as individual args. So now instead of sending the file directly with the --package_file argument, the package names are read from the file and the sdk manager is called with them as individual args. Historically this has been thought of as a bug that happens with the wrong version of the JDK, but this can be reproduced with just java 1.8.0_181 and the most up to date version of sdkmanager currently 26.1.1 Important note, the mach bootstrap command downloads an older version of the sdk and this bug is not present in the older version. Since the way of updating packages I'm proposiing to use is backwards compatible, there shouldn't be any problem in any version of the sdkamanger. This is a simpler fix than trying the --package_file argument, particularly because it would involve capturing output (to detect this particular bug) that's also supposed to be shown to the user because this also happens when the user is supposed to be interacting with the install. Bug 1385464 - Start using support library v. 26; r=nalexander This patch also: Resolves missing resources and api changes - LeanplumActionBarActivity was removed because Support Library 26 deprecated ActionBarActivity. Class was already not in use. - CustomTabsService added two new methods which we need to override. Tested to make sure that previous functionality was maintained but with the addition of the two new methods maybe that feature could be improved. - For checking layout direction we'll use our own new method from ViewUtil which mimics what the now restricted method from the support library would do. - Upgraded to use AppCompatResources#getDrawable(..) in place of the now restricted AppCompatDrawableManager.get().getDrawable(..). Resolves obscure leaks and crashes after the upgrade - LoaderManager.destroyLoader(..) was added before the existing call to LoaderManager.restartLoader(..) to prevent potential Cursor leaks - Disable website suggestions depending on the address bar inputs when running in automation to avoid Robocop tests failing (they were entering serially maybe 100 characters in <5 ms which created around that many new Threads, operation that could cause the Executor to throw a RejectedExecutionException) At the moment this functionality is not covered by tests anyway and it was the only fix I could find that would not involve changing the whole implemenation for address bar suggestions, implementation which in the real world works ok. Bug 1465659 - Move perfherder extra options from mozharness to taskcluster. r=nalexander While some builds have a PERFHERDER_EXTRA_OPTIONS environment set on the taskcluster side, many others have the equivalent set at the mozharness level. But only the former are actually linted against, which, unsurprisingly, translates to conflicting values between some of the mozharness configs. So we move those configurations to taskcluster, enable the lint on all the kinds that look like builds (based on them using the build_attrs transform), and adjust the values to stop conflicting. Notably, for searchfox and static-analysis-autotest.

Bug 1459737 - Add missing package dependencies to google-play-strings Dockerfile; r=nalexander CLOSED TREE This Dockerfile downloads non-deterministic remote content (by cloning a Git repo) and then executes code from it. Part of that code is executing Python package installs. Since this Docker image was generated, it appears the remote code requires new build dependencies. This commit adds those package dependencies. Not having deterministic Docker image builds is a bug. I'll file a follow-up so we pin the Git commit used for building so this type of failure doesn't occur again.
