Bug 1330822 - Remove CPOWs from browser_popupUI.js. r=Felipe Finding the popup window after the fact was going to be messy (maintaining window identity across the message manager is a tricky task). Instead, it's much easier to wait for the new window to open and grab a reference to it then.

Bug 1330822 - Remove CPOWs from browser_bug839103.js. r=Gijs In converting this test, I found that `initialStylesheetAdded` was testing the wrong thing. It was firing instead for the dynamic case. Fixing it is hard without converting the test to be a mochitest-plain test. I simply removed it. If we want to add it back, we can at another date. MozReview-Commit-ID: 7UohwERTPkb

Bug 1330822 - Remove CPOWs from browser_context_menu_iframe.js. r=Gijs This was tricky because synthesizeMouse would compute the incorrect coordinates if the requested event target was in a sub-frame. With this patch, we deal correctly with sub-frames. MozReview-Commit-ID: KpUKxFXKMrl

bug 1329360 - avoid some NSS functions that internally use PK11_GetInternalKeySlot r=Cykesiopka CERT_AddTempCertToPerm and CERT_ImportCerts (when called with keepCerts=true) internally use PK11_GetInternalKeySlot. The current plan for making NSS always available involves initializing it in memory-only mode and later opening the user's certificate and key databases. Doing so means that PK11_GetInternalKeySlot will not return the right token, so we can't rely on functions that make use of it internally. For now we'll simply use equivalent functions that take an explicit PK11SlotInfo argument and pass in the current internal token. A later patch will change all places where PSM and Gecko use the internal token to use the correct token. MozReview-Commit-ID: CpSo5dIkyVW

Bug 1330918 - Use timestamps for frames in VideoTrackEncoder. r=bechen, jesup This makes VideoTrackEncoder use timestamps when it passes frames to VP8TrackEncoder. It also rewrites the chunks' durations and bases them on said timestamps. This should mean that VP8TrackEncoder can continue passing durations to the encoder as it does today.
