a1b053a1f7ad41bb177bf1fbf052cec6afb15170: Bug 1269171 - Change how mozalloc.h is hooked in STL wrappers draft

Bug 1269171 - Change how mozalloc.h is hooked in STL wrappers Since the introduction of the STL wrappers, they have included mozalloc.h, and multiple times, we've hit header reentrancy problems, and worked around them as best as we could. Taking a step back, all mozalloc.h does is: - declare moz_* allocator functions. - define inline implementations of various operator new/delete variants. The first only requires the functions to be declared before they are used, so mozalloc.h only needs to be included before anything that would use those functions. The second doesn't actually require a specific order, as long as the declaration for those functions comes before their use, and they are either declared in <new> or implicitly by the C++ compiler. So all in all, it doesn't matter that mozalloc.h is included before the wrapped STL headers. What matters is that it's included when STL headers are included. So arrange things such that mozalloc.h is included after the first wrapped STL header is fully preprocessed (and all its includes have been included).

bug 1264771 - randomize key IDs in WebCrypto r?ttaubert To import private keys, WebCrypto creates a generic PKCS#11 object with a chosen key ID with PK11_CreateGenericObject and then looks up that object as a SECKEYPrivateKey using PK11_FindKeyByKeyID. It turns out that this is only safe to do as long as the ID is unique. If another SECKEYPrivateKey exists that has the same key ID (realistically this will only happen if an identical key is imported again), PK11_FindKeyByKeyID may return the other key. Since SECKEYPrivateKey objects are unique and not meant to be shared, this causes problems in that when one key is destroyed, the resources backing the other key are no longer valid, and any cryptographic operations using that key will fail. The solution is to use random IDs and check for preexisting keys. NSS doesn't yet expose an elegant API for this, but this patch implements a workaround. MozReview-Commit-ID: EvYMZxnBxTv

Bug 1264783 - Use software rendering for progress bar to avoid flickering We have transparency in some of the underlying toolbar elements (primarily the tab curve). On Android N overlayed transparent areas result in any underlying transparent areas being ignored. I.e. the transparency at the top of the progress drawable prevents the bottom of the tab-button from being rendered, resulting in what looks like a gap at the bottom of the tab button (since the tab button is actually a grey background with a closed path, containing some transparency, being drawn over the top of it).
