Bug 1272541 - Expose more data from SystemResourceMonitor.as_dict; r?ahal We add some system information including processor count and memory sizes. We also add an "overall" section describing total resource usage. This (surprisingly) wasn't defined. This commit is the first in a series to reconcile the differences between the JSON format in mozsystemmonitor and what `mach build` writes so we can write a single tool to visualize the data. Bug 1272422 - Part 3: Don't reset audio queue. r?jya, jwwang When resuming from suspended video, don't reset the audio queues or audio demuxing state in MFR. ResetDemuxers() is being called via MFR::ResetDecode() on seek setup via MDSM::InitiateSeek(), so don't call it again from MFR::AttemptSeek(). MozReview-Commit-ID: 3wpH075RrKW

Bug 1270607 - Handle already-shutdown state in EMEDecryptor::Input - c?cpearce Based on crash reports, it seems Input() is actually called after Shutdown(), which causes a nullptr deref when trying to access mSamplesWaitingForKey's mProxy in mSamplesWaitingForKey->WaitIfKeyNotUsable(). So like other MediaDataDecoder's we should just gracefully handle this case. Keeping a warning like in Decrypted(), to catch this situation in future debugging sessions. Bug 1272176 - Emit Perfherder data for system resource utilization; r?wlach THIS PATCH IS NOT COMPLETE AND IS NOT READY TO LAND. Submitting to wlach for early feedback so I know if I'm on the right track. This commit teaches the resource monitor in mozharness to emit Perfherder data for system metrics and step times. This will allow us to see when the timing or resource characteristics of jobs in automation changes. The wonkiest part of this patch is likely the mechanism to define the Perfherder "test" names. We don't appear to have an identifier in mozharness suitable for distinguishing between job types. e.g. the "desktop_unittest.py" script is responsible for running a few dozen jobs. So we invent code for creating an identifier from the script config options. I /think/ Treeherder will automatically assign the project/branch, platform, and build type, which is why these aren't included in the identifier. MozReview-Commit-ID: HjhtXfxOvzJ

Bug 1272202 - Bump psutil and mozsystemmonitor package versions; r=jlund mozsystemmonitor 0.1 has been released. It features support for retrieving a dict of gathered data, making JSON export easy. Let's use it. This version also requires psutil>=3.1.1, so bump that version as well. MozReview-Commit-ID: 9DsEQNjV6kJ

Bug 1272202 - Require psutil >= 3.1.1 in mozsystemmonitor; r=jlund We have packages for 3.1.1 uploaded to our PyPI server used for automation. There have been a number of bug fixes since the version of psutil currently listed. Let's ensure we're running a modern psutil to minimize our exposure to bugs on older versions.
