Bug 1047516 - Support associating multiple reviews against a node; r=mconley Previously, the store assumed there could only be a single review request for a specific node. This assumption isn't valid since creation of a new parent review request will result in a new review being created for that node. This patch modifies store to make it able to record multiple review requests per node. It is by lucky coincedence and lack of test coverage that the tests still pass after this change. Upcoming patches will unveil breakages.

Bug 1047516 - Start storing identifier-centric data; r=smacleod This patch begins the process of storing review data in an identifier-centric manner. It does this by renaming _parents to _identifiers and establishing a rich data type for its values.

Bug 1047516 - Pull review data for review identifiers; r=mconley The wire protocol for pulling of review data has been changed in a backwards incompatible way. Before, the client asked for specific review requests. With this patch, the client asks for information for specific review identifiers. In addition, the server also sends down much more information. Before, we received information about the state of each review request. Now, we receive down updated mappings of parent reviews to review requests, mappings of changeset to review request, and the status of each review request for requested review identifiers. The client thus receives much more data and has more data available to make more intelligent choices.

1b1c2f8de55c3f052241b68bd4c70bfcc80d90df: Bug 1051804 - Use |emailuser| rather than |user| for the annotate author

Bug 1051804 - Use |emailuser| rather than |user| for the annotate author For legacy reasons, the 'user' filter incorrectly turns email addresses of form 'a.b.surname@domain.org' into 'a'. Using 'emailuser' instead gives the entire part before the @, ie 'a.b.surname' - and so this patch means that on the hgweb annotate pages the author username shown for each line is less ambiguous. Requires Hg v2.2 or higher. See also: http://bz.selenic.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2276
