Bug 1348103 - Fix test_chrome_bookmarks.js error when collecting code coverage on linux64-jsdcov. r=Gijs This patch first adds an argument to the 'do_get_file(...)' function call in 'test_chrome_bookmarks.js' that simply allows the 'chromefiles' folder to be non-existent if it does not exist. The 'CoverageUtils.jsm' file is then modified so that the import of 'osfile.jsm' does not interfere with any tests. So, it is now imported into the script after the test has completed. Two other tests have unwanted behaviour that cause code coverage collection to fail so they are also skipped through this patch. MozReview-Commit-ID: H42HN1solkh

Bug 1354455 - avoid CompleteResume while FlushQueue is ran on other thread. r=mayhemer If HttpChannelChild::Cancel is triggered off main thread while flushing channel event queue, CompleteResume might be executed while the flush is about to be finished. In this case, queue resumption will not be able to trigger the second queue flush because the previous one is not finished yet. Therefore, the HttpChannelChild::Cancel will be sitted in the queue without executing. MozReview-Commit-ID: GxnkiDUmEnw

Bug 1364166 - Only update combined buttons style in the customizableUI panel. r=Gijs This Photon-specific workaround styles the zoom and edit button combinations when the user switches back to the old menu panel. Before this patch, it used to apply the panel style even if the buttons were in the toolbar. This patch fixes that by not even updating the style if the buttons are not in the panel. Bug 1333328 - Refactor cache miss handling mechanism for V2. r?francois In this patch, we will make Safebrowsing V2 caching use the same algorithm as V4. So we remove "mMissCache" for negative caching and TableFresness check for positive caching. But Safebrowsing V2 doesn't contain negative/positive cache duration information in gethash response. So we hard-code a fixed value, 15 minutes, as cache duration. In this way, we can sync the mechanism we handle caching for V2 and V4. An extra effort for V2 here is that we need to manually record prefixes misses because we won't get any response for those prefixes(implemented in nsUrlClassifierLookupCallback::CacheMisses).
