Bug 1389564 - Part 2 - Test that restored (background) tabs are correctly written back to disk. r=gbrown So far, we haven't tested session restoring and saving in combination, which led to bug 1379374 where restored background tabs weren't being written back to disk after upgrading to Firefox 55. Bug 1389715 - Upgrade to Mercurial 4.3.1; r=ted This is pretty straightforward: we just update some version numbers and hashes. The tooltool artifacts were produced and uploaded by me, just like the last ones. I have some patches to establish a proper toolchain task to build Mercurial. But it is a bit of a rabbit hole due to the chicken-and-egg problem of Mercurial needing to be in Docker images. Preserving the existing install mechanism is the simplest path forward. Plus we need this patch so we can uplift so earlier releases get a secure Mercurial in their Docker images. color and pager are enabled by default in 4.2. So remove configuration options for them that add no value. MozReview-Commit-ID: 9pkHX044kV8

Bug 1389715 - Remove the illusion we support running Mercurial with Python 2.6; r=ted The comment removed by this commit invited the potential for badness. Mercurial 4.3 drops support for Python 2.6 anyway. So let's remove any indication we support running Mercurial with Python 2.6. MozReview-Commit-ID: 40K10s95FLg

Bug 1389715 - Vendor latest robustcheckout; r=ted From revision 19db5f4b5b10f639d24e69a4f21e4e80c6e5bbdd of version-control-tools. Previous revision was 249a47720ddcf896a9f07600c429a1b4492b805e. Changes include: * Use new vfs APIs when available (bug 1359959) * Mark as compatible with Mercurial 4.2 (bug 1361182) * Retry after SSLError (bug 1354824) * Mark as compatible with Mercurial 4.3 * Detect and recover from open locks (bug 1297153) The most significant is the last one. TaskCluster can SIGKILL `hg`, leading to orphaned transactions and locks. This can lead to timeouts or use of a corrupt repository in some scenarios. Those problems should no longer occur. Bug 1390748 - Create DecoderTraits::IsSupportedType(const MediaContainerType&). r=jwwang Most ChannelMediaDecoder::CloneImpl() functions just check to see whether their "is enabled" pref is still true, and then clone their true type. If we had a function to check whether the decoder for an arbitrary type was still enabled, we'd not need the "is enabled" checks in the CloneImpl() implementations. We'd then have removed the last custom behaviour in the ChannelMediaDecoder subclasses. MozReview-Commit-ID: D7kW6kb6ztW

Bug 1390748 - Pre-declare MediaDecoder in HTMLMediaElement. r=jwwang I noticed that touching MediaDecoder rebuilds a lot of seemingly unrelated code. This is because HTMLMediaElement includes MediaDecoder.h, and HTMLMediaElement is included in a number of places. Having HTMLMediaElement.h predeclare rather than include fixes it. Bug 1390748 - Create default MediaDecoder::GetMozDebugReaderData() implementation. r=jwwang We have three implementations, in the MP4, WebM and MediaSource decoders. The WebM and MP4 are the same. Ogg and other decoders don't have an implementation, but if we create a default implementation in MediaDecoder, they'll get it for free. MediaSourceDecoder needs a custom override still.
