Bug 1303051 - Printing Issue: Page Setup not being respected since upgrade to 48.01 on Mac; r?mconley Adds serialization of native print settings values so that correct page size, scaling, orientation are sent to the child after the print dialog is displayed. Changes the Mac print dialog code to load native print settings from the "print.macosx.pagesetup-2" pref and ignore what is passed in. Overwrites the scaling percentage specified in the print dialog when "Ignore Scaling and Shrink to Fit Page Width" is checked. Scaling on Nightly (remote printing) needs more work to be done in a follow up bug. MozReview-Commit-ID: B12ZeHuiYFJ

Bug 1314762 - move #includes of system-y headers out of anonymous namespace in SSE.cpp; r?erahm #include'ing system headers inside anonymous namespaces seems to work OK with GCC and MSVC, but it does not work well with clang-cl in some compilation modes. Moving them out of the anonymous namespace makes everybody happy. MozReview-Commit-ID: K8AkYZEznzm

Bug 1312477 - Post: remove arbitrary peek and max heights from BottomSheet menu r?sebastian Setting the max height is completely arbitrary, and largely unnecessary - I think it's better to let the bottom automatically handle this until we know more about how the bottom sheet is perceived by real users. The peek height is similarly arbitrary - we'll probably want to discuss a good default height algorithm with UX, but setting an arbitrary hardcoded value seems wrong, especially since it doesn't behave well in landscape mode. BottomSheetDialog already does an acceptable job of finding a default peek height. MozReview-Commit-ID: LyAYzcytR6H
