Bug 1252762 - Decode at most one audio/video sample before finishing seeking. r=cpearce. The idea is to make NeedToDecode{Audio,Video} return false when mState is DECODER_STATE_SEEKING so DispatchDecodeTasksIfNeeded() basically does nothing during seeking. And we call Ensure{Audio,Video}DecodeTaskQueued instead during seeking to request audio/video samples only when audio/video seeking is not completed. MozReview-Commit-ID: 2n7ehVXAq4H

Bug 1252808 - Don't use mozilla_sampler_stop() directly. r=snorp When SPS profiler is disabled (breakpad is disabled etc), mozilla_sampler_stop() is undefined. We should use profiler_stop() instead. profiler_stop calls mozilla_sampler_stop() when SPS profiler is built. MozReview-Commit-ID: LmuDJEQV7Pr

Bug 1253354: Update flexbox reftests that deal with table parts in a flex container; now these elements will be blockified & will become flex items. r=mats Specific changes: - flexbox-table-fixup-001a.xhtml previously tested that table parts would get wrapped in an anonymous table, which would form a single flex item. This patch changes it to instead test that each table-part forms its own flex item. - flexbox-table-fixup-001b.xhtml previously was a "belt and suspenders" afterthought to its "001a" counterpart. It verified that flex-item properties (like "flex") had no effect on table parts in a flex container. This patch removes this test (since it's no longer valid) and renames the "001a" test to simply "001" as a result. - flexbox-with-pseudo-elements-003.html previously tested that ::before/::after pseudo-elements with table-part display values would have their flex-item-related properties ignored (because they'd be wrapped in an anonymous table). This patch flips that expectation, because now these pseudo-elements will directly become flex items and these properties should be honored.

Bug 1252375 - Fix up jemalloc stats reporting. r=erahm. We have some oddities in our jemalloc stats reporting. - "heap-overhead-ratio" is a strange measurement: overhead / non-overhead, expressed as a percentage. And it omits "bin_unused", which appears to be an oversight. - "heap-committed" also omits "bin_unused". - There are some minor errors in memory report descriptions. This patch fixes these and improves the heap reporting. It makes the following reporting changes: - "heap-allocated": Duplicated as "heap-committed/allocated". (We keep "heap-allocated" because that's a special value used in the computation of "heap-unclassified".) - "heap-committed/overhead": Added; it's the same as the sum of the "explicit/heap-overhead/*" values. Together with "heap-committed/allocated" it shows clearly what fraction of the heap is overhead and what fraction is useful. - "heap-committed": Removed; now implicit as the "heap-committed/" node. - "heap-overhead-ratio": - Removed from memory reports; now shown as the percentage of the new "heap-committed/overhead" node. - Still available as a distinguished amount (because it's useful in isolation) but renamed to heapOverheadFraction, and the telemetry ID is renamed as MEMORY_HEAP_OVERHEAD_FRACTION. - "heap-chunks": Removed; it's not that interesting, and can be manually computed as "heap-mapped" / "heap-chunksize" if necessary.
