Bug 1321698 part 3: Fold nsFlexContainerFrame's old IsLegacyBox() function into its only remaining caller, nsFlexContainerFrame::Init(). r?mats This patch is to prevent any new callers of this API, since we can now rely on the new frame state bit (NS_STATE_FLEX_IS_LEGACY_WEBKIT_BOX) to test for this. Bug 1321698 part 2: Use the new frame state bit to check for -webkit-box containers. r?mats Note that at the callsites in nsCSSFrameConstructor.cpp, we have to also check the frame type (since the frame state bit is in a range of bits whose meaning differs depending on frame type). The first change in this patch is the addition of a convenience fucntion that checks both the frame type as well as the frame state bit. MozReview-Commit-ID: DEOThTX5NAO

Bug 1319254 - Move Highlights title into separate item to make animation better r?sebastian This results in the highlights title smoothly animating upwards with the remaining RecyclerView items. Previously RV would crossfade between a panel containing both the welcome message AND the highlights title, which means the Highlights title would vanish and reappear. This patch results in a more correct and pleasing animation. MozReview-Commit-ID: GYxrSiqKeS5

Bug 1321750 - Remove automatic color flags from HOST_CFLAGS, HOST_CXXFLAGS; r?glandium moz.configure only sets the color flags value for the target compiler. If the host compiler is a different version and doesn't support color flags, we may pass unrecognized command line options. Until we have better distinction between host and target compilers in configure, just disable automatic color flags for host invocations. We don't have too many host binaries, so this should have negligible impact. MozReview-Commit-ID: KWTLkKvtwHs
