Bug 1227322 - Remove nightly flag from homepage pref. r=margaret
It seems like too much work to make a full branded non-nightly build so I
didn't strictly test this but I looked around the homepage code and saw no
other blockers on set homepage.

Bug 1218482 - Enable WebVR By Default
- dom.vr.enabled is now "true" by default for non-release builds.
- dom.vr.add-test-devices is now "0" by default, so that content may detect
VR devices accurately.

Bug 1215079 - Inherit from built-in styles on GB. r=margaret
This patch undoes the previous work from this bug (and the related
work in the original Theme.AppCompat bug). v11+ still uses AppCompat.
I tested on my Nexus S and everything seems to be working correctly.
