Bug 1271077 - Print system resource utilization so it appears in Treeherder; r?jlund The system resource utilization during job execution is important: it gives us an idea of the efficiency (or lack thereof) of activities. As bug 1271035 showed us, there can be some really wonky things going on during job execution. To help us notice these things, this commit prints some overall resource utilization data with the special "TinderboxPrint" syntax so it appears in Treeherder. This should hopefully draw the attention of more eye balls and cause people to ask questions about what jobs are doing. This supplements the existing printing of total resource usage in the logs. Unfortunately nobody was really looking at that data because it wasn't exposed that well. This commit should change that. MozReview-Commit-ID: AXNRDS9lrOd

Bug 1269682 - Don't try to switch to guest profile; r=margaret BrowserApp has a snippet that tries to restart in guest profile if we're supposed to be in it, but are currently not. This is vestigial code from lock screen widget support, and should not be needed anymore.

Bug 1269682 - Guard against onPause being called without onResume; r=ahunt When we try to restart Fennec immediately after launching Fennec, it's possible for onPause to be called without a corresponding onResume being called first. This patch guards against registering events twice due to this quirk.

Bug 1267551 (part 7) - Use MOZ_MUST_USE more in js/src/frontend/. r=jorendorff. This found two missing checks for PackedScopedCoordinate::setSlot(). Fixing one of them required making ParseContext::updateDecl() fallible. The patch also changes the return type of addToCallSiteObject() to void.
