Bug 1581719: Change QI assertion in AccessibleWrap::GetRemoteIAccessibleFor to a warning. r=MarcoZ Sometimes, when running tests, fetching IDispatch for a remote IAccessible succeeds, but QueryInterface to IAccessible fails. This is probably because the remote Accessible died between these two calls. While we want to know about this in case of real problems in future, it usually doesn't indicate a problem, so make it a warning. Bug 1594937 - Remove w3c-css/received/css-multicol reftests. r=dbaron Bug 1594937 comment 2 provides an analysis on why it is OK to remove css-multicol reftests. The manual modifications in this patch are: - Remove `os.path.join("css-multicol")` in import-tests.py. - Remove css-multicol lines in failures.list - Migrate geckoview only failures annotations (bug 1558509) in failures.list to wpt ini files. - Add fuzzy-if annotation to dom/tests/reftest/bug453105.html for Android. (bug 1600534) Others parts are generated by running import-tests.py on a wpt repository with commit 15f199c91a72b0d51bf0a12b3b77827ecb5051ff. Bug 1598491 - Implement VR process function to scan for XR device runtime installations r=daoshengmu This is a dependency of the WebXR implementation. In order to support WebXR's navigator.xr.IsSessionSupported call without displaying any permission dialogue, it is necessary to have a safe way to detect the capability of running a VR or AR session without activating XR runtimes or powering on hardware. API's such as OpenVR make no guarantee that hardware and software won't be left activated after enumerating devices, so each backend in gfx/vr/service must allow for more granular detection of capabilities. By passing true to bDetectRuntimesOnly, the initialization exits early after reporting the presence of XR runtime software. The Initialize method will only enumerate hardware and possibly return true when aDetectRuntimesOnly is false. Differential Revision: https://phabricator.services.mozilla.com/D54234

Bug 1555376 - Snap glyphs before clipping in the shader. r=lsalzman Snapping glyph positions are an internal detail to a primitive. As such, any snapping required must be taken into account when calculating the local rect. That ensures that when the clip is applied, it doesn't cut off parts of the glyph that would have been retained after snapping. Differential Revision: https://phabricator.services.mozilla.com/D55348
