Bug 1690225 - Unify focus-visible rules in ua.css. r=edgar We had different rules with the same declarations for all namespaces, so simplify that setup by having a single rule. Remove redundant *|* from selectors while at it (there's no default namespace in ua.css, so there's no need to do that). Differential Revision: https://phabricator.services.mozilla.com/D103753

Bug 1688590 - Use more specific rules to determine 'action cable' payloads r=Honza Identifying json `Action cable` payloads is tricky. Currently we parse the json again in `parseActionCable` to determine if it is an `Action cable` payload. Instead lets check using a possible criteria before attempting to call `parseActionCable`. See https://medium.com/codequest/actioncable-in-rails-api-f087b65c860d for `Action cable` details. Differential Revision: https://phabricator.services.mozilla.com/D103086

Bug 1688713 - REX byte needs to consider all registers. r=nbp This looks like a copy-paste problem: when I implemented the new encoder for threeByteOp with Base+Index I copied code from an encoder for Reg+offset, and thus my REX emitter considered only the base and dest registers, not base, index, and dest. In the case where only the index register would require the REX prefix to be present we'd get the wrong code. Turns out it's not too hard to test this with one of the instructions that uses the threeByteOp encoder. Differential Revision: https://phabricator.services.mozilla.com/D103356

Bug 1689237 - Disable CALayer edge anti-aliasing. r=mattwoodrow We currently don't ever set non-rectilinear transforms on our CALayers, so there is no need for anti-aliasing. Explicitly disabling edge anti-aliasing means that there are no seams between tiles when the window server draws our window with a transform, such as during Mission Control.
