Bug 1394851 - downloads.download API should default to use Firefox's "Save As" pref r=kmag This patch changes the behavior of the downloads.download API's saveAs option. Previously, the behavior when neither value is provided (the "default behavior") was not defined by our documentation or Chrome's. Now, the default behavior is changing to rely on the Firefox "Save As" pref (browser.download.useDownloadDir). If Firefox is configured to open the "Save As" dialog for all downloads (browser.download.useDownloadDir == false), that behavior will be the default for the downloads.download API. Otherwise, the default behavior will be not to show the dialog. This patch also moves some test functionality out of test_chrome_ext_downloads_saveAs.html. Previously, that test would test the saveAs option and also the conflictAction:"uniquify" option. In order to add testing for the new default behavior, it was necessary to move the testing of the conflictAction:"uniquify" option to a new test: test_chrome_ext_downloads_uniquify.html MozReview-Commit-ID: u6VA4kexlr

Bug 1408224 - Avoid confusing errors in automation logs when failing to purge toolchain cache. r=mshal For some reason, Windows builders are setup in a way that prevents a task from purging the toolchain cache of old files. Until that is figured out and fixed, all the error message related to that achieves is confuse people because the treeherder Failure Classification tab shows them first. Practically speaking, the error doesn't prevent anything from working properly. The worst that can happen is disk space running out because of the toolchain cache being filled up, which would lead to actual errors. As the error happens on very many windows build, that leads to a lot of errors being bucketed on bug 1391811, while they may well be varying unrelated issues. It also leads to people thinking their try builds fail because of that, when they aren't (e.g. bug 1408212).

Bug 1405412 - Migrate Android SDK to android-sdk-linux toolchain task. r=dustin The only tricky piece here is that the resulting toolchain archive is private, and uses a newly allocated Task Cluster scope (queue:get-artifact:project/gecko/android-sdk/*) to restrict access to the archive. All SCM levels (1, 2, 3) have been given the new scope: see https://tools.taskcluster.net/auth/roles/moz-tree:level:1 and friends. MozReview-Commit-ID: CcDqDOHODpe
