revert the extension id to contacts@labs.mozilla.com oauth

revert the extension id to contacts@labs.mozilla.com this is a quick fix to get oauth working again, also update the version to the next version The extension id is passed from every importer into the oauthorizer addon, which uses that to get the extension display name for the oauth dialog. A longer term fix would be to have the extension id as part of a preprocessor in building the extension.
