Bug 1575195 - Open event summary instead of edit dialog by default. r=pmorris * Added the viewOccurrence() method to calICalendarViewController. * Added edit button to footer of summary dialog. * Added logic to switch to edit dialog (causes errors after saving). * Use window.opener.openDialog() to switch to editing. * Added a modify callback to the view workflow for event responses. * Use the dialog buttons instead of a custom edit button.
