Bug 1449798 - Remove GenericSpecifiedValues::ShouldComputeStyleStruct and mSIDs. r=emilio This was useful because nsRuleData in the old style system may not hold all the data, but the only subclass ServoSpecifiedValues is always able to hold any data, and thus passes NS_STYLE_INHERIT_MASK to mSIDS. Given this, this method and mSIDs seems to be useless and can be removed. MozReview-Commit-ID: 4vWcV4DRS2i

Bug 1449620 - Extract an APZUpdater class from APZSampler. r=botond The APZUpdater class holds the methods that are to be run on the updater thread. Note that there are a few differences between the APZSampler and APZUpdater classes - most notably, APZSampler no longer has a "RunOnSamplerThread" function because there should never be any need to dispatch runnables to the sampler thread. There is still a RunOnUpdaterThread in APZUpdater, as well as a mechanism for dispatching runnables to the controller thread via the updater thread. MozReview-Commit-ID: LLVWzRyhYWl

bug 1424311 - don't persist the certificate exception dialog's size so it doesn't grow unboundedly r=jcj window.sizeToContent() apparently interacts poorly with windows that have a persisted size (see bug 90276, which is a 5-digit bug that hasn't been touched in over a decade). As a workaround, don't persist the certificate exception dialog's size. This means we have to call window.sizeToContent() more often and unfortunately results in the window growing and shrinking again on Windows, but at least it will always be the "right size" for its content.
