Bug 1562493 - Clear out pointer to parent BrowserBridgeParent or BrowserHost when strong-ref from parent to child is released. r=nika The ipc::browser-destroyed message must be sent when a top-level remote browser is destroyed. Currently this is done by BrowserParent::ActoryDestroy and relies on having access to mBrowserHost. This can break if we start clearing out this pointer. This commit moves the trigger to fire in BrowserHost::DestroyComplete. Semantically this is different, but from the users of this observer, I don't see any risk.
