Bug 1312302 - Set dummy Selection during initializing TextStore. r=masayuki When PC supports table mode, TextInputFramme.dll is loaded and it can be used for TIP. When creating new TextStore object, selection might be nothing yet on e10s. At this time, GetSelection will return E_FAIL since selection data isn't received yet. If GetSelection returns error during SetFocus, TextInputFrame.dll will crash. So we set temporary selection to avoid crash. MozReview-Commit-ID: HyVSwvhXGJh

Bug 1302980 - Don't reset IME context on preedit_end. r=masayuki You know, when Korean IME commits string, then it sometimes set next preedit string. So reseting context causes that next preedit string is committed. So we shouldn't reset IME context with preedit_end. MozReview-Commit-ID: CZJJvYjcrKY

Bug 1266165 - CompositionTransaction::SetIMESelection() should not hide caret when redo r=masayuki CompositionTransaction::SetIMESelection() is also called when user redos the committed composition. In such case, it doesn't have ranges, but DoTransaction() tries to restore selection ranges with no ranges. That causes hiding caret because when there is no caret range in the ranges, SetIMESelection() hides the caret as IME requested. So, for redo, SetIMESelection() shouldn't hide caret when there are no ranges (i.e., the composition was already committed).

Bug 1274484 Removing TestWinTSF.cpp r=masayuki Since TestWinTSF.cpp isn't available for long time, we should remove it. Although, we need to create automated tests for native IME handlers, but we should do it in another bug and new frame works should be writable by JS for easier to write tests.
