Bug 1564917 - Don't remove conditions we can't create in wpt-update, r=maja_zf With the changes in bug 1545143 we were accidentially deleting conditions like `if release_or_beta: FAIL` from metadata with `mach wpt-update --full` because they didn't correspond to anything in the "full" run. With this change a full update will preserve any conditions that involve variables we aren't using in the update and that also don't match any of the runs we have. The reason for the latter requirement is cases like expected: if nightly_build: PASS FAIL In this case if we preserve the condition we'll end up with the wrong behaviour for nightly; by removing it we end up with the wrong behaviour for release_or_beta, which is a problem but one that can be solved asynchronously (i.e. it doesn't block sync). In general this also means that one should prefer to write conditions that match only non-nightly builds first and have the default fallback be correct for nightly i.e. the above condition would be better expressed as: expected: if release_or_beta: FAIL or expected: if not nightly_build: FAIL Differential Revision: https://phabricator.services.mozilla.com/D37600

Bug 1564480 - Enhance performance on parseAttribute function. r=gl. `hasAttribute` and `getAttribute` were using for..of loop to get what they wanted, which wasn't ideal. Moreover, most of those operations were happening because we didn't pass the attribute value to the parseAttribute function, only an array of all the attributes. This is a bit unfortunate there's only one place where we call the parseAttribute function, and there, we have easy access to the attribute value. This patch removes direct calls to hasAttribute and getAttribute. hasAttribute is removed, but we need to keep getAttribute for the isValid function in parsers. We add an `attributeValue` parameter to the parseAttribute function. The unit test for this function is also modified to pass the attribute value. perfherder reports a ~2.5% improvement on custom open and ~3% on custom reload. Bug 1563734 - always sync session ID from remote decoder. r=jya In bug 1552607/D36382, RemoteDataDecoder always increases session ID but CodecProxy only performs flush IPC when neccessary. This will cause the ID numbers out of sync and prevent remote decoder from receiving any more input. By reading the session ID in dequeued input samples, the numbers can always be in sync.
