Bug 1321491 Part 1 - Remove unnecessary "layout.accessiblecaret.enabled" for Fennec. r=mtseng

Fennec has touch support, so enabling
"layout.accessiblecaret.enabled_on_touch" in all.js is sufficient.

da9707f081f9: Bug 1321278 - Rename processId capability to moz:processID; r=whimboo
Andreas Tolfsen <ato@mozilla.com> - Wed, 30 Nov 2016 14:11:31 +0000 - rev 324885
Bug 1321278 - Rename processId capability to moz:processID; r=whimboo

The WebDriver specification says that any proprietary capabilities
should be defined as so called extension capabilities, which means we
must prefix them with `moz:`.

Even though the `processId` capability is removed, this change is
backwards compatible because a new property `Marionette.process_id`
is introduced that looks for `moz:processID` and `processId` in order
when starting a new session.

b6d2c739857f: Bug 1313497 - Storages can be provided to InvokeAsync - r=froydnj
Gerald Squelart <gsquelart@mozilla.com> - Fri, 11 Nov 2016 15:10:46 +1100 - rev 324339
Bug 1313497 - Storages can be provided to InvokeAsync - r=froydnj

InvokeAsync' Storages work like NewRunnableMethod, where template
parameters must be given, to specify the storage of arguments that are passed
to the target method.
This is especially useful when target methods take references (or pointers),
and there is a choice between passing the reference as-is because the object is
long-lived, or by taking a copy otherwise.

If no Storages are provided, InvokeAsync will store (non-reference/pointer)
objects and move them into the target method parameters.

Bug 1271549 - Remove details and summary preference. r=bz

Bug 1259889 Part 2 [1] cannot be reverted cleanly, so I manually undo those
changes in this patch. That is, remove the ability for html.css to
invalidate dynamically since it was added specifically for details element.

Although reftest-stylo.list explicit mentions "DO NOT EDIT!", but I still
remove details pref from the file, since it doesn't harm to edit it anyway.

d09e8a3b7875: bug 1315668 construct menuitem style contexts from paths r=stransky+263117
Karl Tomlinson <karlt+@karlt.net> - Tue, 15 Nov 2016 17:11:14 +1300 - rev 322623
bug 1315668 construct menuitem style contexts from paths r=stransky+263117

instead of using the context belonging to a widget.
Only the style context is cached, instead of the whole widget.

Using the style context from a widget meant that rendering displayed the
initial appearance of animations after state changes, but there was no
invalidation to trigger the final rendering in the animations.

Style contexts constructed from paths do not incorporate animations.
(See gtk_css_path_node_update_style() in GTK.) Therefore they provide the
appropriate rendering for Gecko's model, which is not expecting animations.

There is no mechanism available to display animations when using style
contexts constructed from paths, but the GtkWidget animation design is also
not suitable for rendering potentially multiple elements each in a different
state of their animation.

This contexts-from-paths approach can be extended also to other widget types,
but this is a smaller change intended for uplift to other branches to address
a regression in menuitem rendering.

Bug 1315402: Make toolkit/mozapps/update pass no-undef. r=jaws

This is mostly using the import-globals-from rule to pull in globals when
the subscript loader is used. For a couple of files I've turned off no-undef
altogether, these are files that are loaded by the subscript loader and depend
on globals from the parent.
